About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Practice Manager – Resilient Supply Ecosystems to lead the development of our supply-focused capability. This role will shape how ojas.design partners with organisations to build more sustainable, traceable, circular, and human-centred supply models.
As Practice Manager, you will lead client engagements across industries, develop our delivery frameworks, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the broader strategic direction of ojas.design. You’ll operate across strategy, systems thinking, operational transformation, and stakeholder facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Development
Design and lead the development of ojas.design’s supply ecosystem practice, including services, methods, and reusable IP
Define offers across value chain redesign, resilience-by-design, ethical sourcing, decarbonisation, localisation, and circularity
Establish delivery standards for diagnostics, opportunity mapping, and cross-functional implementation support
Client Engagement
Lead client programmes focused on supply ecosystem transformation, including diagnostics, operating model design, and value realisation
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across internal teams, suppliers, regulators, and external ecosystems
Deliver strategy, governance, and implementation roadmaps that are systems-aware and impact-oriented
Capability Building
Build and nurture a consulting team with diverse skills spanning supply strategy, operations, ESG, systems mapping, and innovation
Provide coaching, mentoring, and development planning to consultants at all levels
Partner with other practice leads to integrate resilience thinking across ojas.design’s portfolio
Thought Leadership & Influence
Represent ojas.design in supply chain, sustainability, or resilience forums and networks
Publish insights, whitepapers, and frameworks on emergent supply chain models and adaptive operating systems
Monitor regulatory trends (e.g., supply chain due diligence, carbon disclosure) and integrate foresight into client work
Skills and Competencies:
Essential
Proven track record leading complex supply chain or value network programmes in consulting or operational roles
Strong understanding of modern supply challenges including resilience, transparency, ethics, ESG compliance, and digital enablement
Systems thinker with the ability to translate analysis into practical change across organisations and ecosystems
Experience engaging executive and cross-functional stakeholders across procurement, operations, IT, and sustainability
Strong communication, facilitation, and client relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor consulting teams in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments
Desirable
Sector experience in manufacturing, food & agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, or consumer goods
Familiarity with circular economy models, scope 3 emissions management, value stream mapping, or supply governance frameworks
Experience with tools and platforms such as supply chain mapping, ESG dashboards, lifecycle analysis, or digital twin systems
Certifications or training in supply chain management, systems thinking, sustainable operations, or resilience
