About You
You’re a mission-driven leader who believes public services can, and must be reimagined for the world we live in now, not the one we inherited. You care about people, systems, and outcomes. You’re as comfortable navigating policy and governance as you are designing practical interventions that deliver change on the ground.
You bring a deep understanding of public service complexity, whether in health, local government, infrastructure, justice, or social care, and have experience working within or alongside public bodies. You know how to translate ambition into delivery, and are skilled at bridging strategic goals with operational realities.
You thrive in collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams and bring humility, empathy, and critical curiosity to your work. Whether facilitating stakeholder workshops, shaping service transformation strategies, or mentoring consultants, you lead with purpose and encourage others to do the same.
You are motivated by impact, not just efficiency and you're excited to help shape the future of public services that are more human, inclusive, adaptive, and resilient.
